How long does it take

We can design and produce an Engagement Ring or Fine Jewellery item in less than a week—from start to finish. We are always busy with client work, so our production time is 2-3 weeks as standard. If you have a special date and require a faster completion date, just let us know, and we’ll meet your time frame.

Do you have shops?

We have shops in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Our shops are open during business hours and on Saturdays for people to try on rings and jewellery and explore options. We stock best-selling engagement rings, wedding rings and jewellery, including diamond bracelets, earrings and pendants. Our design studio shops are open to walk-in customers; you do not need an appointment as they are fully staffed. Visit your nearest shop, explore the options, and ask us any questions – check our locations:

What's the quality like?

We design and produce to the highest standards possible. We do this by using Computer Aided Design (CAD) for clients to check the style in actual proportions. We then 3D print a resin copy to invest in Gold or Platinum. This ensures the smallest detail is transferred from the digital CAD model to the actual ring.  Our skilled jewellery bench then polish the metal and set the diamonds or gemstones to perfection.  The quality of manufacture is the best possible.  The diamond or gemstone you select is the deciding factor. Our rings have a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee, and we have won multiple awards. The quality is exceptional.

Are the diamonds certified

We sell certified diamonds with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification.  Anyone can certify a diamond; some diamond laboratories might grade a diamond higher than it is, so it’s important to buy with a trusted diamond certificate.  Conservative diamond grading ensures that the diamond is correct.  Most diamonds are laser engraved with the serial number on the outer edge of the diamond.  This serial number also doubles as the certificate number, so it’s easy to look up the diamond’s characteristics online and be assured that your diamond is the correct one.  Our Diamonds are certified for your assurance and trust.

What is the cost?

The price is determined by the materials used and labour to complete each unique ring. We offer excellent value compared to chain stores like Michael Hill, yet our quality level is significantly higher. A classic engagement ring will use about 3-5 grams of Gold or Platinum and cost $1500 + the gemstone you select. Some broad and chunky rings will be heavier and use more gold or platinum, so will incur a surcharge to cover the extra precious metal. You can select natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones on our website to complete the price or contact us for a quote. We can work with most budgets, so contact us, and we’ll custom-design the ring to suit your price point.
